INITIAL CHALLENGE

After the first year presenting the concept of trust, Mapfre needed to continue working on it to be consistent across the different countries where it operates. How could we connect with the different audiences?

STRATEGIC REFRAMING

We had the verbalisation of our concept of trust, but how could it be made more meaningful through the global context we were living in? Self-confidence is worthless if you don’t put it into practice. So, faced with a standstill caused by the pandemic and a sense of uncertainty, what could we do? We addressed everyone to discover the need to work on self-confidence, representing those moments in which everyone could feel themselves reflected.

THE IDEA

And in what situations is self-confidence reflected? We recreated real stories to make them more accessible, stories where we emphasized those moments when there are people who are always by our side trusting us, people who add value, but if we don’t trust ourselves, it’s worthless. That’s why we created “the final step is given by your confidence,” with the closing: We trust you, what about you?
