3- TANGO’S RESPONSIBILITY

The entity will not be responsible for possible errors in accessing the WEBSITE or its contents but will do everything possible to ensure they do not occur.

9- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the entity and the USER shall be governed by the current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
